Objectives

Design and implementation of a sustainable urban and environmental renewal project via the launch of a vehicle company for the effect, based on an urban, economic, and financial model being developed during Phase 1 of the project.

The development of this project, which integrates Federal Government land, aims at generating added value through public investment of a social, cultural, and environmental upgrading nature.

Executive Summary

Design and implementation of an urban planning model integrated within the strategic plan of Recife’s metropolitan area, which, by providing those cities with a new focal points, may foster revitalisation of the historical quarters of Recife and Olinda.
