Role of Parque Expo

Technical consulting in land management and urban planning, over two phases:

Phase1 – analysis and discussion of the proposed Plan; articulation with regulatory entities responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and/or evaluating the Plan; liaison with the City Council; compilation of proposals for amendments; liaising with the authors of the Plan.

Phase 2 – documentary analysis; client advisory services; assisting in meetings and discussions.

Objectives

 To contribute with recommendations for amendments to the proposed Plan with a view to optimise the proposed occupational features and its operational implementation, taking into account the interests of the main proprietor, Fundo Margueira.

Executive Summary

 Review and monitoring of the production of the Eastern Almada Urbanisation Plan (in progress), which includes the rezoning of the area occupied by the former Lisnave shipyards.
