Role of Parque Expo
Parque Expo was commissioned to compile a Strategic Framework Study defining the overall concept of the intervention, and to submit an urban and environmental renewal proposal setting out the guidelines for the envisaged urban development.
Objectives
Rezoning of the Sacavém industrial park for different purposes, such as housing, shopping, and office and entertainment facilities development, transforming the area into an extension to the existing Parque das Nações development.
