 Coordinating and compiling studies and territorial development analysis to determine the location of the Convention Centre, and addressing environmental impact, mobility, and operational implementation issues

Objectives

• Produce the feasibility study for the awarding of construction and operation of the Multipurpose Event and Exhibition Centre of Ceará State to a concessionary;
• Devise and implement the Centre’s promotional campaign and prepare the tender process for selection of a company to build and operate the aforementioned Centre, on a concessionary basis.
