Objectives

 Creating a vision for the area’s future whereby the ACRRU can strengthen the role played by Estremoz within the domestic city network, and thereby fostering social, economic, and cultural development in the area on a par with enhancing the value of its assets.

Executive Summary

Compilation of a strategic framework document to support the creation of an Urban Restoration Company (“SRU”) to manage the Critical Urban Renewal and Rezoning Area (“ACRRU”) of Estremoz. The strategic study will aim to define the guiding principles for the renewal and restoration of the intervention area.
