Compilation of the envisaged Program, addressing 49 schools in Lisbon and Porto to start with.
Objectives
- Production of the concept and image associated to the Program;
- Survey and identification of the physical and functional features of the schools involved;
- Identifying the features and requirements of each intervention, taking into consideration the conclusions of the survey, the Ministry of Education’s policies, and the introduction of a new school design concept;
- Estimating costs and proposing a funding model;
- Execution planning and respective phasing;
Executive Summary
Production of a national plan for the renewal and upgrading of secondary school facilities, as part of a working group appointed by the Ministry of Education (Ordnance no. 7503/2006 – Series II).
