Contract inclusive of mandate to coordinate all actions and tasks to be developed within the Intervention Area, in general, and namely to propose contractors, conduct negotiations, and other pre-contractual procedures relative to the envisaged interventions, namely:

• Draft detailed project plans
• Produce executable project schedules
• Inspection of construction progress
• Managing construction contracts
• Physical and financial control over the Intervention
• Legal counselling
• Technical advisory (urban planning, environmental management, expropriations)
