Role of Parque Expo
Contract inclusive of mandate to coordinate all actions and tasks to be developed within the Intervention Area, in general, and namely to propose contractors, conduct negotiations, and other pre-contractual procedures relative to the envisaged interventions, namely:
- Draft detailed project plans
- Produce executable project schedules
- Inspection of construction progress
- Managing construction contracts
- Physical and financial control over the Intervention
- Legal counselling
- Technical advisory (urban planning, environmental management, expropriations)

Executive Summary
Urban and environmental renewal and upgrading project to enhance tourism, cultural, sports, and other activities fostering social and economic development in the intervention area.
