The Company bases its quality policy on a set of principles that are geared to reinforce its corporate culture and to enable Parque Expo to become a standard of reference both domestically and internationally.

  • Providing its personnel with adequate conditions for skills development, on-going enhancement of knowledge, and increase satisfaction, thereby guaranteeing efficient and effective staff performance;
  • Promoting team work and integration among all the various divisions of the organisation, thereby creating a work environment that is conducive to fostering proactive participation in company projects;
  • Ensuring the maintenance of effective internal and external communications capable of involving all interested parties on issues that are pertinent to the company’s business activities;
  • Fostering the development of close relationships with suppliers and customers, thereby aiming for establishing on-going, effective alliances, and for enhancing the quality of the services it renders;
  • Ensuring that Parque EXPO achieves on-going improvement in its performance through increasingly productive processing.
