MISSION
The Mission of Parque Expo is to enhance the quality of urban living and the competitiveness of territories.
In fulfilling its Mission, the Company designs and implements urban renewal and environmental upgrading projects, while focusing on a territory’s key environmental, sociocultural, and economic features from an integrated perspective, with a view to enable it to achieve sustainable development.
As a product, Parque Expo aims to make a city a sustainable proposition, leading it to assign particular emphasis to the various components of a value chain that starts with an analysis of key drivers for a city’s development strategy and identification of developmental opportunities, namely concerning urban planning and the definition of a city’s structural urban model, past its infrastructural requirements and the design and implementation of its public areas, and ending with the delivery of a high-quality urban growth model for its property market.
In addition, Parque Expo is an operational vehicle for the implementation of Portugal’s public land management policies and for the renewal and revitalisation of its cities, while acting as a pivot in coordinating private sector participation in such policies.
VISION
